How inquiry information is used

Effective date: 4 October 2026

This policy explains the first-party website analytics and inquiry records used on FazeTech pages.

Website analytics

We record pages viewed, approximate visit time, landing page, referring website or campaign tags, country code and device category. Raw IP addresses are not stored. A one-way salted hash is used to estimate unique visitors, and browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics events.

Inquiry information

You can contact us directly via WhatsApp or email without a form. If you use the short form, we store your contact details, optional country and question, any selected model or region, source page and campaign, submission time and inquiry reference. A contact-button click alone does not create a form inquiry.

How information is used

We use analytics to understand website performance and marketing sources. Inquiry information is used to evaluate equipment requirements, prepare a reply or quotation, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and continue relevant business communication.

Storage, sharing and retention

Records are stored in first-party website infrastructure with restricted dashboard access. We do not sell inquiry data. Information may be shared only where reasonably required for quotation, production, packing, transport, support or legal obligations, and retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

WhatsApp, email and your choices

Opening WhatsApp or email sends you to that provider; a button click does not prove a message was sent. Do not submit payment details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. You may request correction or deletion where applicable.
