Confirm feed, materials, pellets and power before selecting a model

These dry single-screw machines are intended for floating fish feed. Results depend on formulation, moisture, die and operation.

Typical raw materials

Corn meal, soybean meal and wheat bran are common. Formula, grinding fineness and moisture must be checked for the target feed.

Standard dies cover 1–6 mm. Optional 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm dies can be discussed.

Electric models require stable three-phase power. Standard supply is 380 V; 415 V or 440 V and 50/60 Hz can be configured after confirmation.

Output is approximate, not guaranteed. Formula, moisture, die size, power and operation all affect production.

12-month warranty; wear parts such as screws and sleeves are excluded.

Export wooden cases and mainly sea freight. Delivery to a customer-appointed forwarder in China can be discussed.
