Before startup, confirm the nameplate, factory feed configuration and power supply. Trained personnel check fasteners, bearing-box oil, lubrication, belts, die and cutter with hazardous energy isolated where access is required. Clear tools and restore guards; an authorized person releases isolation under the site procedure.
Following the applicable manual, start the main motor and check for abnormal vibration or noise. If normal, start the cutting motor. Keep clear of the outlet and rotating parts; never reach into the hopper.
Follow delivered training for initial moisture treatment and small initial feed quantities. After normal discharge, establish steady automatic feeding gradually. Watch current, discharge and cutting; keep transition material separate. No universal water quantity, temperature, current or idle-running time is specified here.
Diesel configurations require their own training. For smoke, injury risk or another emergency, follow the emergency-stop procedure; do not keep feeding to complete a trial.
Educational overview, not a complete operating procedure. Follow the instructions and training for your delivered configuration. Never bypass guards or open a pressurized head. Trained personnel must isolate all energy and verify residual energy is safe before cleaning or maintenance.
