For a normal shutdown, stop material addition and automatic feeding. With guards intact, complete the discharge stage specified for your machine. This page sets no universal clearing recipe or waiting time.
Then stop the cutting motor, followed by the main motor. That does not prove the chamber is clean or safe to open. Never restart with the head or guards removed to force material out.
Before internal cleaning or service, trained authorized personnel isolate and lock all relevant energy sources and verify pressure, stored mechanical energy and temperature are safe. A stop button or emergency stop does not replace energy isolation.
For blockage, trips or power loss, do not repeatedly restart. Keep faults isolated until the cause is resolved. In an emergency, prioritize safety and help—not finishing the normal discharge sequence. Record the stop and hand over unresolved issues.
Educational overview, not a complete operating procedure. Follow the instructions and training for your delivered configuration. Never bypass guards or open a pressurized head. Trained personnel must isolate all energy and verify residual energy is safe before cleaning or maintenance.
