Match drying and cooling to the formula and production rate before packing. A dryer’s batch capacity must not be mistaken for its hourly output. No single temperature, final moisture or shelf life fits all formulas.
Keep storage dry, clean and protected from pests. Identify batches and dates, use suitable older batches first, and check damaged packaging. Isolate mouldy, musty or damp clumped feed for qualified assessment; extrusion is not proof of safety.
Tell us your climate, output and post-processing arrangements when planning equipment. Quality acceptance requires appropriate measurements, not appearance or touch alone.
