Check fasteners, guards, bearing-box oil, lubrication, belts and material cleanliness before use. Observe discharge, current, vibration and noise from a safe position during operation. Never touch or adjust moving parts.
The applicable manual specifies the bearing box’s first oil change after 300 running hours, then every 500 running hours. This is not a universal interval for gearboxes or all lubrication points. Confirm oil grade and quantity for the delivered configuration; follow updated machine instructions where provided.
After safe shutdown and isolation, clean and inspect using the manufacturer’s procedure. Record hours, oil changes, wear and faults. For support, provide the model, nameplate, feed configuration, materials and symptoms. Do not restart a faulty machine merely to film it.
Educational overview, not a complete operating procedure. Follow the instructions and training for your delivered configuration. Never bypass guards or open a pressurized head. Trained personnel must isolate all energy and verify residual energy is safe before cleaning or maintenance.
